Under the direction of the Supervised Visitation Supervisor, the Counselor is responsible for providing direct services to clients and their families in the form of scheduling visits with parent/guardian and children, transportation and report writing.

Provides oversight of young adults ages 18-21 residing in a transitional living program in Warren County. Knowledge of local and state resources pertaining to employment, housing and financial stability would be beneficial.

Provide case management services to people in Permanent Supportive Housing including completion of intakes, developing service plans, linkages to other services including, conflict de-escalation, managing relationships with a broad range of community providers, promoting housing retention through teaching life skills, setting up programming for tenants

Works as part of a multi-disciplinary PACT Team

Provide case management services to individuals with mental health illness, who are at imminent risk/currently homeless.

Establishing trusting relationships with families and working with them to identify their service goals

Under the direction of the Program Director, the Site Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and provision of a quality childcare program that (a) services less than 70 FTE children and/or (b) is subject to contractual obligations.
