November 2, 2017The employees of American Standard, the plumbing supply manufacturer that is part of LIXIL, were honored at the Diocese of Metuchen’s Champions for Catholic Charities Dinner on Oct. 16 at the Palace in Somerset Park, Somerset.
The Piscataway-headquartered company partnered this year with Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen to convert Naomi’s Way, a once women’s transitional shelter, to a permanent affordable-housing facility for the previously homeless and persons with special needs.
Proceeds from the dinner will support Catholic Charities’ ongoing efforts in providing assistance to the poor and vulnerable throughout Middlesex, Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren counties.
