On site supervision of residents including daily check-ins, weekly face to face meetings and transportation in an agency vehicle to work, school, doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping, etc.
Ensure residents safety and personal development by following program guidelines, residents’ treatment plans and on-going work towards residents’ goals.
Daily note taking and regular communication with other staff and supervisor.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Driver’s license with a clean driving history
Must be 21 years or older
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight during shift
