Description- On site supervision of residents including daily check-ins, weekly face to face meetings and transportation in an agency vehicle to work, school, doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping, etc.
- Ensure residents safety and personal development by following program guidelines, residents’ treatment plans and on-going work towards residents’ goals.
- Daily note taking and regular communication with other staff and supervisor.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Driver’s license with a clean driving history
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight during shift
