Responsibilities

• Assess and Assist Seniors in Somerset County with overall coordination of basic needs such as Housing Needs; financial needs such as social security or general assistance; provide and/or arrange for transportation to doctor appointments, as needed; in home assistance for home bound seniors will be expected.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with some experience with community resources
• Good standing with their driving record
• Flexibility with their work schedule
