Position Description

• Under the direction of the Program Director, the Site Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and provision of a quality child care program that (a) services less than 70 FTE children and/or (b) is subject to contractual obligations.
• They direct and support their peers and colleagues to ensure compliance with Office of Licensing regulations;
• Fulfills contractual goals and/or procedures;
• Engages and interacts with all enrolled children; and promotes the children’s development of social skills and respect for others by using positive guidance techniques.

Required Qualifications

• Requires punctuality, teamwork, creativity and an understanding and application of the Agency’s mission, policies, and procedures.
• Good communication and organizational skills are a must.
• Flexible schedule based on hours worked.
• Associates degree or High School diploma with 3-5 years experience working with school age children.

Hours

• Hours from 1:30-6:00 pm Monday to Friday following the school calendar ; planning and prep time included in hours (25 hours a week)

Salary

$22 per hour
