Responsibilities:

• Experience providing treatment services to families and two years providing supervision, including experience in supervision of direct service workers
• Responsible for the day to day and clinical operations of intensive in-home counseling for CP&P referred families and youth in Somerset County
• Includes staff supervision, record reviews, directing staff, keen crisis management skills and supporting the clinical needs of the program
• Case conference w/CP&P and other providers

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology or related field, and NJ licensure if required by degree
• A flexible schedule and valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
• Must have excellent writing and communication skills
• 24/7 backup cell phone coverage
