Work with a DCP&P contracted caseload of children placed in relative or non-relative Resource Homes
Provide supervised visitation in a therapeutic/supportive environment while providing psychoeducational interventions to biological parents and their children working towards family reunification
In-home, in –community and in-office visits to DCP&P referred families throughout Middlesex County
Facilitate case conference with DCP&P and other providers
Input electronic records including NJSPIRIT and MyEvolv
Attend and participate in approved agency trainings, as appropriate
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS, BSW.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Requires a flexible schedule including availability of 2-3 evenings a week until 8pm.
Strong writing skills and detail case documentation are necessary.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history required.
