Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a DCP&P contracted program with a caseload including individuals, couples, families, and groups for treatment, parenting and anger management education
Provides in-home and in-office counseling and case management to DCP&P referred families throughout Middlesex County
Provides group counseling and parenting education to two groups per week
Currently services are being provided via Telehealth due to COVID-19 but will soon resume traditional methods with social distancing in place
Case management and detailed case documentation
Case conferences with DCP&P and other providers held on a regular basis
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work preferred but BA/BS is required.
Requires a flexible schedule including availability a minimum of two evenings a week.
Detailed case documentation skills necessary.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
