• Work with DCP&P contracted caseload of children placed in relative or non-relative Resource Homes • Provide Supervised Visitation in a therapeutic/supportive environment while providing psychoeducational interventions to biological parents and their children working towards family reunification • In-home, in-community and in-office visits with DCP&P referred families throughout Middlesex counseling and case management to DCP&P referred families throughout Middlesex County • Facilitate case conference with DCP&P and other providers • Input electronic records including NJSPIRIT • Attend and participate in approved agency trainings, as appropriate
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS, BSW.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Requires a flexible schedule including availability two evenings per week.
Strong writing skills/detailed case documentation necessary.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
Work Schedule: Full-Time
