Responsibilities:

• Community-based crisis services to 0-21 aged youth in Hunterdon, Somerset, and Warren counties
• ​​​​​​​Responsibility for the in-home stabilization of emotional and behavioral crises, prevention of crisis development, support in transitions of life/placement for children, and short-term case management

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, social work, or related field
• ​​​​​​​Experience within Children’s System of Care preferred. Driver’s License required
