Under the supervision of the Program Supervisor/Attorney, provide direct legal representation to clients in Consular Processing, Adjustment of Status, Family Petitions, VAWA Self Petitions, DACA Applications, Naturalization, GreenCard Renewal and other immigration processes at the Perth Amboy, New Brunswick and Phillipsburg sites
Participate in Community Outreach and provide community presentations on immigration law as needed
Participate in supervision meetings, team meetings and any activities that further the work of the program
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years of experience handling immigration matters
Previous DOJ Accreditation preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) at a high proficiency level
Strong and persuasive writing and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
