Responsibilities

Experience full time receptionist for a family service center located in New Brunswick.

• Welcoming visitors and clients, answering the telephone, routing calls, providing information, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed
• Must be dependable, able to multitask, and have an approachable professional demeanor

Requirements

• Applicants must be bilingual
• Hours: Monday and Wednesday 12 – 8; Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9 – 5
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft office
• Ability to work as part of a team
• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
