Welcome visitors and clients
Answer telephones, route calls and provide information
Utilize site specific computer software and other clerical tasks as needed
Minimum Requirements:
1 year certificate from college or technical school or 3-6 months related experience and/or training
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have an approachable professional demeanor.
Requires computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Must be dependable and be comfortable with diversity.
Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
Work Schedule: Part-Time Mon-Thur 5p-9p and Sat 9a-3p
