RN - PACT - Full-time, Perth Amboy (19775)

Sign-on bonus - $3,000

Responsibilities

• Works as part of a multi-disciplinary PACT team
• Provides community based treatment and skills training to persons with serious mental illness
• Responsible for providing medication services, coordinating medical care, and providing case management

Requirements

• RN License
• Minimum of 2 years working with the mentally ill population
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
