Provide supervision and oversight to a multi-disciplinary team in a DCP&P contracted program with a caseload of children place in relative or non-relative Resource Homes
Visitation Counselors provide supervised visitation and therapeutic interventions to biological parents and their children who are working towards family reunification
In-home, in-community and in-office Psychosocial assessments and visits are provided to DCP&P referred families throughout Middlesex county
Maintain records and statistics for reporting purposes
Attend and participate in Leadership meetings on a regular basis
Monitor electronic records including NJ SPIRIT input
Case conference with DCP&P and other providers are held on a regular basis
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s Degree with Licensure in Social Work or related field required.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Flexible schedule required including availability two evenings per week.
Detailed documentation and communication skills are necessary.
Driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
