Unity Square hosts special Back to School Health Fair Event

Various vendors including Project Best Eye Screening, NJ Human Services, Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen’s preschools, WIC New Brunswick, New Brunswick Free Public Library, Saint Peter's University Hospital, Central Jersey Family Health Consortium (CJFHC), Healthier Middlesex, Middlesex County health services, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and Rutgers APSEA were present to assist residents in various services and give information. 
 
School aged children received backpacks courtesy of State Assemblyman Joe Danielsen, Chase Bank, Healthier Middlesex and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital community health promotions, and Unity Square. They also received school supplies from the vendors present. 
 
Unity Square offers a variety of services such as housing resources, Immigration services, health screenings, and various classes.
