Description

• Youth Advocate will provide coaching to support each youth to achieve goals of housing stability, sustaining employment, and educational achievement.
• Ability to motivate, influence, and mentor young adults to achieve their goals.
• Comfortable working in the field, linking youth to community resources, traveling in Middlesex and Somerset Counties, and passionate about supporting young adults in reaching their goals.
• On-call and evening hour availability is required as part of the position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Bilingual Required - English/Spanish.
• Experience in a child welfare social service setting or experience working with transition-age youth preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Travel within Middlesex and Somerset Counties.
• Flexible work schedule with some evening hours required.
