Part-time employees who work 20 or more hours per week (1,000+ hours a year) receive life and disability insurance, retirement plan, 403(b) tax-deferred annuity, and a Pension account, Employees who work less than 20 hours will still receive NJ State Sick Time on an accrued basis.
Employees who work 25 or more hours per week (1,300+ hours a year) receive all of the above benefits plus Medical, Dental, Prescription, Vision , up to 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 20 vacation days for Paid Time Off, prorated on an accrued PTO Plan.
