Program Summary:
Supportive Permanent housing for Division of Child Protection & Permanency (DCP&P) involved families. Families receive assistance in selecting and maintaining housing, as well as clinical and case management services designed to empower families to stay together, remain in their homes and make strong connections in their community.
Eligibility Criteria:
DCP&P referred clients only. Families who are at risk for homelessness or housing instability. Families appropriate for KFT may also face other challenges such as substance use disorders, medical and or mental illness and/or domestic violence.
