Warren Basic Material Needs Program delivers essential provisions to the most vulnerable Warren County residents who present a hardship that warrants supplemental food assistance. In addition, clothing assistance, information, referral, advocacy and case management services are obtainable at Catholic Charities Social Service Center in Phillipsburg. All staff and volunteers embrace a “culture of encounter,” a way of living together in a compassionate community.

Provides community based treatment and skills training to persons with serious mental illness

Under the direction of Center Director, the Abbott P-3 certified Teacher will manage and direct an Abbott preschool classroom. Expected to follow the daily schedule, supervise and work in conjunction with the Teacher Assistant and follow the mandated curriculum

Clinician will provide outpatient counseling, in-home counseling to children, couples and/or families in Hunterdon County who are involved with Department of Children Protection and Permanency.

Provides case management services to individuals residing in the Ozanam Inn Shelter and PSH. Facilitates screening, assessment, service planning, linkage, crisis intervention, de-escalation, managing relationship with a broad range of community providers, life skills teaching, transporting individuals to housing opportunities, assisting client in applying for housing, building connection with other agencies and utilization of HMIS case management software.

Family Specialist – Bridgewater, NJ Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team grounded in the housing first approach and coupled with an integrated service model to assist families in obtaining and retaining housing in Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties.

The Property Engager’s primary role is to support individuals and families who are referred from social service agencies in Middlesex County experiencing homelessness and are in need of locating permanent housing. The position will work with the social service agencies, landlords and government entities to establish long-lasting relationships that will lead to an increase of housing stock available and decrease of homelessness in our community.
