Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team grounded in the housing first approach and coupled with an integrated service model to assist families in obtaining and retaining housing in Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties.
The Property Engager’s primary role is to support individuals and families who are referred from social service agencies in Middlesex County experiencing homelessness and are in need of locating permanent housing. The position will work with the social service agencies, landlords and government entities to establish long-lasting relationships that will lead to an increase of housing stock available and decrease of homelessness in our community.
