Responsibilities

• Screen and determine eligibility for Rapid Re-housing, work across two programs that include YPC and the Multi-Service Program, transport children in an agency van, must have a good standing driver’s license and provide case management within the community
• Ability to work with children with behavioral and emotional problems, stay calm and diffuse situations as needed
• Must work well with adults

Requirements

• Flexibility a must
• High School diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
