Case Manager IOP 113 - Bridgewater NJ

Salary: $52,000 per year plus Sign On Bonus - $2,500

Responsibilities:

• Organize and participate in Family/Child Team meetings
• Support adolescent and family with relevant school-related issues
• Facilitate adolescent/family engagement
• May be asked to transport clients to and from program
• Clinical documentation in CYBER and agency EHR

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in mental health, substance use, public health or a related field
