Responsibilities

• Interview and determine eligibility for rental/housing assistance, provide case management services to at-risk or homeless households in Middlesex County, includes service planning, linkage, crisis intervention, de-escalation, managing relationship with a broad range of community providers/landlords, housing retention, completing housing inspections throughout NJ, and utilization of HMIS case management software.

Requirements

• Must be able to work evening hours
• Must have a BA/BS
• Driver’s license with acceptable driving history
