Responsibilities

• Manage all new referrals for the SPIRIT Outpatient program in Bridgewater with the process of getting clients enrolled and assessing service needs
• Work within a team approach to assist clients with overall coordination of basic needs such as Housing Needs; financial needs such as social security or general assistance; provide transportation to doctor appointments, as needed; conduct groups; maintain program statistics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with some experience with community resources
• Good standing with their driving record
• Expected to have some flexibility with their work schedule
