Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Service Area Director, the Program Director is responsible for the following:

• Managing and developing staff, developmentally appropriate curriculum, and fiscal and enrollment strategies for Child Care programs
• Ability to establish clear short and long-term strategic operational plans including budgeting and resource allocation, serving as a liaison to school personnel and parents, ensuring compliance with licensing standards, and exhibiting patience and professionalism at all times with children, parents, and staff
• Participates in Catholic Charities’ organization-wide Management and HR trainings, Child Care Services/Billing meetings, and related statewide conferences
• Conducts monthly supervisory meetings with subordinates and regularly visits programs for compliance and support

Requirements

• Requires teamwork and an ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism in all aspects of service delivery
• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years child care supervisory experience required
• Experience with multi-site after school programs a plus
• 35 hour work week Monday to Friday
