5 years experience utilizing clinical, evidenced based tools in making sound clinical decisions, skilled in clinical reasoning, listening and excellent communication skills
Knowledge in performance management and team development (supervisory skills) and ability to organize and manage time and multi-task
Supervision of staff, staff development, training, direct service to clients and record review
Requirements
Master’s degree
LCADC
Technology savvy, use of software and Microsoft office tools
Ability to work in a diverse fast paced environment
Valid drivers license in good standing
Bilingual preferred
