Responsibilities

• Supervisory experience in the field of addiction, covering 6 staff in four sites
• 5 years experience utilizing clinical, evidenced based tools in making sound clinical decisions, skilled in clinical reasoning, listening and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge in performance management and team development (supervisory skills) and ability to organize and manage time and multi-task
• Supervision of staff, staff development, training, direct service to clients and record review

Requirements

• Master’s degree
• LCADC
• Technology savvy, use of software and Microsoft office tools
• Ability to work in a diverse fast paced environment
• Valid drivers license in good standing
• Bilingual preferred
