Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

The fee for service Outpatient Clinician will provide therapy to individuals, families, and couples. We are currently looking for licensed NJ clinicians (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT) who are self-motivated and have an ability to quickly build rapport with clients. We offer a flexible schedule with the option to see clients in the office, through telehealth, or through a hybrid of telehealth and in-office sessions. This position can be a great atmosphere to learn professionally and work to obtain licensure hours.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain professional license and continuing education requirements as per their credentialing board.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
• Conduct proper and appropriate assessments including biopsychosocial, treatment plans, progress notes/documentation and recommendations for psychiatric evaluations.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited college with a Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or other behavioral health program approved for clinical licensure.
• Trauma informed.
• Knowledge of CBT and MI.

Professionally Licensed (LAC, LSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)

• Qualified Non-profit Agency for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
