Responsibilities

• Provides intensive in-home counseling to CP&P referred families in Middlesex County
• 24/7 coverage required
• Case management and case documentation
• Case conference with CP&P and other providers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field with 1 ½ years experience with families
• Master’s Degree, preferred
• Requires a flexible schedule including availability on nights and weekends
• Driver’s license needed with an acceptable driving history
