Work with a CP&P contracted caseload of children placed in relative or non-relative Resource Homes
Provide Supervised Visitation in a therapeutic/supportive environment while providing psychoeducational interventions to biological parents and their children working towards family reunification
In-home, in-community and in-office visits to CP&P referred families throughout Middlesex County
Facilitate case conference with CP&P and other providers
Input electronic records including NJSPIRIT and MyEvolv
Attend and participate in approved agency trainings, as appropriate
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS, BSW.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
Flexible schedule including availability of 2-3 evenings a week until 8pm required.
Strong writing skills/detailed case documentation are necessary.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history for the transportation of children.
