Work with a DCP&P contracted caseload of children placed in relative or non-relative Resource Homes
Provide Supervised Visitation in a therapeutic/supportive environment while providing psychoeducational interventions to biological parents and their children working towards family reunification
In-home, in-community and in-office visits to DCP&P referred families throughout Middlesex County
Facilitate case conference with DCP&P and other providers
Input electronic records including NJSPIRIT and MyEvolv
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Attend and participate in approved agency trainings, as appropriate
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field required
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Requires a flexible schedule including availability of 2-3 evenings a week until 8p.m
Strong writing skills/detailed case documentation are necessary
Driver’s license in good standing as position requires transportation of children
