Evening receptionist to manage the front desk Monday –Thursday 4pm -8pm
Answer phones and handle switchboard while dealing with a diverse clientele seeking social services
Communicate in English and Spanish with walk-in clients for social services and contact appropriate staff persons
Utilize MyEvolv to process client payments and process cash, check and credit card payments with precision, accuracy and trustworthiness
Ensure compliance with front office procedures, security and policy
Conduct building closing procedures
Minimum Requirements:
Bi-lingual and fluent (English and Spanish) with a professional and pleasant demeanor required.
Reliable, punctual and available to work evenings, with the possibility of increased hours due to overlap and day-time coverage, on an as needed basis.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision. Must exhibit good judgement.
Must be computer proficient and able to quickly learn agency specific computer applications.
