Family Intervention Specialist 135 - East Brunswick, NJ

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
Responsibilities:- The Family Intervention Specialist will work closely with youth and families referred by DCP&P and provide evidence-based interventions within the home and/or community based on the Intercept model – this includes conducting assessments to determine needs and strengths of the family and youth; safety evaluation; service planning; service coordination; and on-going sessions.
- The Specialist will participate in required trainings as well as team meetings and one on one supervision.
- Master's degree in the field of Social Work, Psychology or related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree in social services with at least one year of experience in counseling or case management required
- MUST BE BILINGUAL – ENGLISH/SPANISH
- Must be willing to work evenings, as needed.
