Hunterdon/Warren Behavioral Health & Youth Services, Phillipsburg, NJ
Responsible for the day to day and clinical operations of the Family Preservations Services program in Warren County (FPS and Step Down Services)
Staff supervision, record reviews, directing staff, keen crisis management skills and supporting the clinical needs of the program
Supervision and support of FPS Supervisors in Middlesex, Somerset and Hunterdon Counties
Provide intensive, in-home, crisis counseling to DCP&P referred families
Case coverage as necessary and 24/7 backup on call coverage via mobile phone
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field and NJ licensure in that field as required by degree.
Advanced clinical license (LPC or LCSW) and Clinical Supervision Certificate preferred.
Experience providing treatment services to families and minimum 2 years providing supervision.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
Work Schedule: Full-Time
