Focus on Housing Relations that include rapport and good communication with our landlords
Responsible for inspecting units before occupancy and as needed while tenants are staying within the unit
Provide good tenancy education and coach tenants in the importance of maintaining cleanliness for the safety of themselves and their children
Responsible for checking if tenants are meeting rental and utilities obligations
BA/BS required
This job requires flexibility, a professional demeanor and teamwork, a tenacious and outgoing personality, good judgment and the ability to work with individuals or families regardless of their socio-economic status
Experience required in services delivered within the community, housing inspections and tenant and landlord obligations
Minimum Requirements:
Bi-lingual preferred – English/Spanish
On-call availability, evening hours
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
