Basic knowledge in all areas of facilities maintenance and repair work and will be comfortable working alone or as part of a team
Direction of the Facilities Maintenance Manager, with input from the property manager to assist in keeping our 40+ locations in tip top shape.
Provision of a safe and clean living environment for all residents
The job includes cleaning common interior and exterior areas including any common hallways and bathrooms
Preparation of apartments and rooms for new residents by cleaning the space and appliances
Ensuring safety and security, responding to facilities related emergencies and performing basic maintenance and repairs such as the changing of lightbulbs
Repairs of locks, windows/screens, caulking, and replacing batteries in Smoke/CO detectors
40hr work week with a 1 on-call week per month
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Background Check Required
A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
