Office of Parish Social Ministry Holds Annual Meeting of Appreciation

Parish representatives from all over enjoyed food and stood up and shared their biggest success stories of this past year. It was wonderful to see them working together and sharing resources with one another.
 
There was even a special video message from Bishop Checchio, who was not able to attend, thanking the Parish Social Ministry for all the works of mercy that they do.
 
This ministry connects Catholic Charities to every parish in the Diocese. This relationship helps us to meet the needs of people who come to CCDOM when they are experiencing a hardship of every kind. Parishes support our efforts particularly during major holidays by collecting food and gifts.
