June 26, 2024Clients & staff gathered at Carrabba's in East Brunswick for the event and there were smiles all around the tables that were set up for clients to socialize.
After lunch, awards were given out for sobriety, employment, staying out of the hospital for more than six months and significant progress in treatment.
The Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is an evidence-based practice that offers person-centered, recovery-based care in community-based settings to individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness. Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen operates three PACT Teams which cover all of Middlesex County.
