Responsibilities

• Under the direction of Center Director, the Abbott P-3 certified Teacher will manage and direct an Abbott preschool classroom. Expected to follow the daily schedule, supervise and work in conjunction with the Teacher Assistant and follow the mandated curriculum.
• The job requires good judgement, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, following licensing standards, and maintaining required documentation/paperwork as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with P-3 certification required. Bilingual preferred.
• One year experience working with preschool children in an Abbott district at minimum.
• Knowledge of Teaching Strategies Gold and Tools of the Mind curriculum.
