Each year the Skills Program of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen, through generous donations from organizations and community members, is able to provide toys, clothes, coats, gift cards and food to needy families during the Christmas season. This year, the program will assist 75 families.
The Catholic Charities Skills Program provides individual and group parenting and anger management education sessions, as well as in home counselling and case management services to struggling families who have been referred by the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P).
