Providing services to address the needs of young people ages 17-21 who are transitioning out of resource home/foster care, or are already living independently, and need individualized skill development and support to transition successfully into adulthood
Skill development may include obtaining and maintaining safe and suitable housing, continuing their education, learning independent living skills, obtaining and maintaining employment, building a support system, and remaining free from legal involvement
Specialists primarily work in the field and will have access to an agency vehicle, cell phone, and laptop
Specialists will be provided with training in an evidenced based model utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, and are expected to adhere to this model throughout the intervention
Clinical Supervision for licensure is available

Bachelor’s degree in a social service related field, plus one year of experience
Master’s degree preferred
Driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
Bilingual preferred
