• Responsible for managing a team of 4 Specialists who provide community based clinical and case management services to youth age 17-22, who are transitioning out of resource home care and need individualized skill development and support to transition successfully into adulthood
• Specific needs include obtaining and maintaining safe and suitable housing, continuing their education, leaning independent living skills, obtaining and maintaining employment, building a support system and remaining free from legal involvement
• Participates in evidenced based model utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing
• Ensure fidelity to the model and provide weekly supervision and consultation
• Works in the field and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Human Service field required. 
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) and Clinical license (LSW, LPC or LCSW) preferred.  
• Must have supervisory experience and demonstrate effectiveness in leading a team.  
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to interact with stakeholders and community providers. 
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
