Responsibilities
- Works as part of a multi-disciplinary PACT team
- Provides community based treatment and skills training to persons with serious mental illness
- Responsible for assisting with job placement, training, and job development
Requirements
- BA/BS/BSW
- Minimum of 2 years working with the mentally ill population OR a Master’s Degree and one year post-bachelor’s experience with the mentally ill population
- Experience in vocational rehab preferred
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
