• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary PACT team
• Provide community based treatment and skills training to persons with serious mental illness
• Responsible for assisting with job placement, training and job development

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS, BSW and minimum of 2 years’ working with the mentally ill population, OR
• Master’s Degree and one year post Bachelor’s experience with the mentally ill population.
• Experience in vocational rehab preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
