In every state, for every 100 “extremely low-income” households, there are less than 36 units of available and affordable rental housing (National Low-Income Housing Coalition, 2017). Catholic Charities offers shelter, transitional, and permanent housing for people who are working, yet struggle to make ends meet, or who have special needs.
Catholic Charities staff members Diane Bowes and Allison Truchan accept gifts from Real Estate Agent, Anne Davis. We are grateful to Ms. Davis and Weichert Realty in Bedminster for their generous toy donation to benefit our families in need during the Christmas season!
This is a picture of 5 guys from different universities that made a donation of $350.00 on January 27th, and also made sandwiches and distributed them with Catholic Charities Employee Albert Ortiz. We are so impressed by these young men! They are childhood friends that collected these funds in only 2 days because they wanted to do something for the homeless. We are grateful to Chris Lamb, East Carolina University, Matthew Lamb, Penn State University, Liam Mcardle, University of Alabama, Zach Bettigole, Rutgers University, and Matt Sprake, West Chester University!
