Clients in the program enjoyed food, music courtesy of DJ Vinnie, who played the best dancing tunes! Santa even stopped by for a visit and got in on the fun!
The YES Early Learning Center in New Brunswick received a generous donation of 200 turkeys and food bags for the YES families from St. James Parish in Basking Ridge during the Thanksgiving Season. The preschool center and families would like to thank Eileen Gavagan, the church staff, and the parishioners for this wonderful donation!

Teachers and staff from all 15 childcare programs were present for this event and everyone had a wonderful time getting to know one another, playing games and winning prizes.
Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen, has partnered with the Department of Children and Families and First Place For Youth to implement the My First Place Program, which is a nationally recognized model whose mission is to help eligible young adults build the skills they need to make a successful transition to self-sufficiency and responsible adulthood.
Through a partnership between Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen, and One Simple Wish, a non-profit organization based in Trenton, young adults who are often a “forgotten community” were treated to a joyous holiday evening at a Christmas party Dec. 4 in Verona Hills, an elegant event space located in Newark.
