The Visitation Aide will work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing supportive visitation services to DCPP involved families who are working toward a successful reunification. The Visitation Aide is responsible for transportation of children and parents to and from their scheduled visitation utilizing an Agency vehicle.

Looking for someone who can provide staff oversight including directing staff activity and training, and oversight of case management/program coordination of the Multi-Services Program. This person will be responsible for assuring rental assistance program upholds the expectations of funding sources and the agency. Prior supervisory experience and experience working with the homeless/formerly homeless population is required.

May conduct full substance use assessments, make recommendations for level of care, facilitate group and individual counseling sessions, complete treatment planning, discharge planning, as well as case management with state agencies for mandated clients.

We’re looking for someone who has basic knowledge in all areas of facilities maintenance and repair work, and will be comfortable working alone or as part of a team. Direction of the Facilities Maintenance Manager, with input from the property manager to assist in keeping our 40+ locations in tip top shape.
