Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen added 5 new photos to the album: Child Care Celebrates Week of the Young Child #WOYC2018. Published by Tina Foley · 1 hr · April 16- 20 th is the 2018 Week of the Young Child (WOYC), an annual celebration sponsored by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). This celebration aims to focus public attention on the needs of young children and their families and to recognize the early childhood programs and services that meet those needs.

For more than 30 years, Catholic Charities has provided high quality affordable child care and enrichment in targeted areas in Somerset, Middlesex and Warren Counties. Overall, 1,553 children were enrolled in Catholic Charities child care programs in fiscal year 2017 including 174 in early learning centers, 1,035 children in school age child care, and 344 children in summer camp programs.
