program summary:
Crossroads is a Life Skills program for young adults ages 14 to 21 that provides independent living skills, advocacy, case management, and support. Services are available for up to one year and the youth must have DCP&P involvement and/or history. There are no fees to participate in this program.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must be a resident of Warren County.
