program summary:The Independent Living Program is a Semi-supervised independent living program for DCP&P, or self-referred individuals aged 18-21, who are approaching adulthood, yet remain unable to return to their families. This program provides a semi-supervised apartment, and youth receive case management services and opportunities for real life experiences in a supportive environment. All program components prepare these youth to live independently in the community. There are no fees for this service.
Participants are required to maintain employment or attend school.Location:
