program summary:
We sell gently used clothing, shoes, accessories, household furnishings, small appliances, jewelry, books, toys and collectibles at a fair and reasonable price. The discounted goods help low-income households stretch their budgets. A clothing assistance voucher is available to persons with special needs or with difficult situations and without resources to pay even a considerably reduced amount. Agencies can make referrals for individuals to receive professional clothes for the workplace.
The store generates funds to help operate the Warren Basic Material Needs Program. Donations of usable and functional articles are graciously accepted during regular store hours. Clothing should be tear, rip and stain free. Small appliances must be in complete working condition with no needed repairs.
Tax Receipts are available upon request. Volunteers enhance the effectiveness of the Thrift Store.Eligibilitiy Criteria:
